“My husband uses this for winter blah’s, and I use it for sleep issues. Looks like others have covered features pretty extensively. We find it easy to use and unoffensive to have sitting around. I see a one star review given because the battery died. Can’t help but wonder if the reviewer failed to charge the battery for 8 hours before using it the first time. Even if a rechargeable device comes with a partial charge, it is pretty typical for the manufacturer to warn that failing to charge before first use will reduce the life of the battery.
